1. Introduction

These booking terms apply to nail and beauty appointments, in-person training, children’s nail art workshops and pamper parties provided by Perfect That Polish.

By making a booking, you agree to the applicable terms presented before confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once it has been accepted by Perfect That Polish and any required deposit or payment has been processed.

Customers must provide accurate contact information.

Confirmation details may be sent by email.

3. Deposits and Payments

Certain services may require a deposit or advance payment.

The amount, payment deadline and applicable cancellation conditions will be disclosed before booking.

Any balance due must be paid according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

4. Arriving for Appointments

Customers should arrive at their scheduled appointment time.

Late arrival may reduce the time available for a treatment or training session.

Where a service cannot reasonably be completed due to late arrival, any applicable charge will be determined under the disclosed cancellation terms and consumer law.

5. Nail and Beauty Treatments

Customers must provide accurate information about relevant allergies, sensitivities, existing nail conditions, injuries and other matters that could affect treatment safety.

A consultation or patch test may be required where appropriate.

We may decline, postpone or adapt a treatment where there are reasonable health or safety concerns.

Any refund or rearrangement will be handled fairly according to the circumstances and applicable law.

6. In-Person Training

Students must attend at the agreed date, time and location.

Any required equipment, models, products, previous qualifications or preparation will be identified before the course.

Students must follow health and safety instructions.

Certification may depend on attendance, practical competence and successful completion of required assessments.

7. Children’s Nail Art Workshops

Our children’s nail art workshops are designed for children aged approximately 6–12, subject to the specific age range advertised for each session.

Workshops may include:

  • Supervised nail art activities.
  • Basic nail care and creative techniques.
  • Practice with another participant where appropriate.
  • Refreshments and snacks.
  • A participation certificate and goody bag.

For the previously advertised workshop format, sessions run approximately 9am–12pm, with a maximum of four children and a price of £65 per child, subject to the current booking listing.

A parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent form before attendance.

8. Children’s Safety

Parents and guardians must disclose relevant allergies, medical information, additional support needs and emergency contact details before a child attends.

Activities will be adapted where reasonably necessary and appropriate.

Children must follow age-appropriate safety instructions.

We reserve the right to stop an activity where continuing would present a safety risk.

9. Collection of Children

Children must be collected by an authorised parent, guardian or nominated adult.

Collection arrangements must be provided in advance.

Children will not be released to an unauthorised person.

Any late collection procedure must be communicated to parents and guardians.

10. Pamper Parties

Pamper parties provide age-appropriate beauty and pampering experiences.

The selected package determines the services, duration, guest numbers and included products.

Parents or guardians must provide relevant consent and disclose allergies or sensitivities.

Supervision and parent attendance requirements will be communicated before booking.

11. Photography

We may ask permission to take photographs of workshops, parties or completed nail treatments.

Promotional photographs of children will only be taken and used with appropriate specific consent.

Declining promotional photography will not prevent a child from participating.

12. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and refund arrangements are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any additional booking-specific conditions will be presented before payment.

13. Behaviour and Respect

We expect customers, students and participants to treat staff and others respectfully.

Unsafe, threatening or abusive behaviour may result in a service being stopped.

Any resulting cancellation or refund decision will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

14. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide safe, professional services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
