Perfect That Polish

1. Our Commitment

At Perfect That Polish, we want every customer and student to have a positive experience.

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and missed bookings are handled.

Different conditions apply to digital training courses, in-person services, workshops and physical products.

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

2. Online Training Courses

Consumers purchasing online digital content generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period.

If you request immediate access during this period, expressly acknowledge that you will lose the cancellation right once digital supply begins, and the required legal conditions are met, your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right will end when supply begins.

If those requirements have not been met, your statutory cancellation rights remain in place.

A refund or other remedy may still be available where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.

3. Course Bundles

Course bundles contain multiple training courses purchased together at a combined price.

The same applicable digital content cancellation rules apply to bundles.

Once a bundle has been supplied following valid immediate-access consent and acknowledgement, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may be lost.

Requests involving faulty or misdescribed courses will be considered in accordance with consumer law.

4. In-Person Training

Customers should notify us within 48hrs of their course date if they need to cancel or rearrange an in-person training session.

Any deposit, cancellation deadline or rescheduling fee must be clearly disclosed before the booking is confirmed.

A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. Any retained amount must be lawful, fair and proportionate to the circumstances.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply to a booking made online or at a distance, those rights will take priority over our standard booking arrangements.

5. Nail and Beauty Appointments

We ask customers to give at least 24h notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a reasonable charge where this was clearly agreed before booking.

Any charge will reflect applicable consumer law and will not operate as an unfair penalty.

If we are unable to provide the booked treatment, we will offer an appropriate alternative, rearrangement or refund.

6. Children’s Workshops

Children’s workshop bookings may require a deposit or advance payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be provided before booking.

If a child cannot attend, parents or guardians should contact us as soon as possible.

Any cancellation charges will be fair and proportionate, taking account of applicable statutory rights and reasonably unavoidable losses.

7. Pamper Parties

Pamper parties may require advance payment or a deposit to secure the booking.

The applicable cancellation deadline, minimum attendance, package inclusions and any rescheduling conditions will be confirmed before purchase.

Changes to guest numbers or requested services should be communicated in advance.

8. Physical Products and Training Kits

Where physical products are sold separately through our website, eligible consumers normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after delivery.

Customers must notify us of cancellation within the applicable period and return goods in accordance with the law.

Exceptions may apply to certain products, including qualifying sealed hygiene items after unsealing.

Faulty or misdescribed goods remain subject to statutory consumer remedies.

Where a kit is included within a training package, the applicable cancellation and refund arrangements will depend on the nature of the combined purchase and the relevant law.

9. When We Cancel a Booking

If Perfect That Polish must cancel a confirmed appointment, workshop or training session, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

We will offer an appropriate rearrangement or refund where required.

10. How to Request a Refund

Please contact:

Email: service@ptpnailtraining.co.uk

Include your name, order or booking reference, date of purchase and reason for the request.

We will assess requests fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

11. Refund Payments

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Statutory refunds will be processed within the relevant legal time limits.

12. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
