1. About Our Online Courses

Perfect That Polish provides online nail training designed to help students develop their knowledge, practical skills and professional confidence.

Courses may include gel polish, nail technician training, e-file training, masterclasses and other specialist subjects.

Some courses are accredited by external accreditation organisations, as stated in their individual descriptions.

2. Enrolment

Students must provide accurate information when registering.

Courses are intended for the individual named on the account.

Any minimum age, entry requirements, prerequisite qualifications or required equipment will be identified in the course description.

3. Course Access

Once an order is accepted and the applicable payment requirements have been met, eligible courses will be made available through the student’s online learning dashboard.

Students can access their purchased training by signing in to their account.

Course access periods, if limited, must be stated before purchase. Access must not be assumed to be lifetime access unless expressly advertised.

4. Course Content

Training may include:

  • Written lessons and demonstrations.
  • Instructional videos.
  • Practical exercises.
  • Knowledge assessments.
  • Case study submissions.
  • Tutor feedback.
  • Final assessments and certification.

The precise content varies by course.

We may update materials to improve accuracy, safety and teaching quality without materially reducing the purchased course.

5. Case Studies

Students may be required to complete practical work and submit photographs, videos or other evidence.

Submitted work must genuinely represent the student’s own work.

We may request further evidence or corrections where an assessment does not demonstrate the required standard.

6. Certificates and Accreditation

Certificates are awarded only when all required course criteria have been satisfied.

Purchasing a course does not automatically entitle a student to a certificate.

Where applicable, accreditation details are provided in the relevant course listing.

Students are responsible for confirming that a qualification is accepted by their intended insurer, employer or professional organisation.

7. Equipment and Products

Unless expressly included in the course description, students are responsible for obtaining the products, tools and equipment required for practical training.

Students must follow manufacturer instructions, hygiene procedures and appropriate safety guidance.

8. Course Bundles

Perfect That Polish may offer bundles containing multiple courses at a combined price.

Once the purchase has been accepted, the courses included in the bundle will be assigned to the student’s account in accordance with the product description.

Bundle contents and any access restrictions are specified at the time of purchase.

Individual courses within a bundle cannot automatically be exchanged or refunded separately. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Payments and Instalments

Courses may be offered through full payment or eligible instalment arrangements.

Any instalment schedule, total price, payment provider and applicable finance terms will be displayed before purchase.

Students remain responsible for meeting their agreed payment obligations.

Where a payment issue occurs, we may take proportionate steps consistent with the payment agreement and applicable law.

10. Digital Content Cancellation Rights

For eligible online purchases, consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period.

Where a student expressly requests immediate access to digital course content during this period, acknowledges that the statutory cancellation right will be lost when supply begins, and receives the required confirmation, that cancellation right may end once digital supply begins.

We will not treat a general acceptance of these terms alone as sufficient consent to waive digital content cancellation rights.

This does not affect statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.

11. Account Sharing and Copyright

Training accounts and course materials are for authorised individual use.

Students must not share login details, redistribute course videos, sell materials, upload content to public platforms or reproduce training resources for commercial purposes without permission.

Serious misuse may result in proportionate account restrictions, subject to applicable law.

12. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and any equipment identified in the course requirements.

If a technical problem originates from our learning platform, students should contact us for assistance.

13. Student Conduct

Students must communicate respectfully with tutors and other learners.

Fraudulent assessment submissions, harassment, abusive behaviour and unauthorised distribution of course content are prohibited.

14. Health and Safety

Practical nail training involves products and equipment that must be used correctly.

Students must follow the course safety instructions, product manufacturer guidance and any relevant professional safety requirements.

Students should not perform procedures for which they have not received appropriate instruction or supervision.

15. Complaints and Support

If you experience a problem with course access, teaching materials, assessments or certification, please contact us.

We will investigate complaints and aim to provide an appropriate resolution.
